Composers,
Further to our
last letter announcing “there will be no
further chamber music calls this
year” we spoke too soon!!! We have just been
informed that we must complete our 2017
programme, for regional funding, by the
15th June....... So here we go.
Call
for CHAMBER MUSIC 2017 is
open to women composers and creators of
music in every part of the world. (Please see below music
programmed for 2016). We are looking for stimulating works music
for our interactive concert series. Those chosen receive up to 6 performances in
Rome, Acuto, Paliano, Serrone, Veroli, Trevi nel
Lazio, Vallepietra, Fiuggi........October, November and
December 2017.
You
may send only two scores (for one or two sections) choosing between:
(a)
Solo Guitar
(b)
Solo Bassoon (fagotto)
(c)
One or Two Saxophones (chosen from 2 soprano, 2
alto, 1 tenor, bass)
(d)
Sacred/liturgical music suitable for performance in church
for Flute Quartett (chosen from piccolo, 2
soprano flutes, 1 alto flute, 1 tenor flute)
Duration
of work: 4/6 minutes.

the 28th May with
